I'm a long-serving technology recruiter focused on technical and functional mid to senior-level appointments nationally and internationally.
I am passionate about improving the delivery of recruitment to candidates and clients through the right mix of processes, structured methods, and technology. I am happy to advise clients on competency-based process-driven recruitment where analytics and testing are used to find the right fit for the role using the appropriate tools. I work with clients on their hiring strategies to improve processes and alignment with their organizational goals.
Most recently I have worked in the enterprise software space delivering large-scale complex projects in Intelligent Automation and RPA. This gives me excellent insight and understanding of the dynamics that make up successful teams across software product, development, sales, and professional services teams.

When I'm not recruiting as a father of three teenagers I tend to be a taximan, cleaner, banker, and amateur councilor. When free time allows I love to travel and walk the beaches and hills of Donegal.
