Employee Experience Lead Belfast (hybrid & flexible) If spearheading a new division within an already burgeoning strategic brand agency intrigues you then read on… The role On behalf of our client, The Foundation, we are recruiting for an Employee Experience (EX) Lead. This is a new role created due to the expansion of the agency client base and service offering into Employee Experience strategy, Employer Branding and Internal Communications. You will have the autonomy to help shape the role with a view to becoming a senior leader within the organisation. With overall responsibility for leading the Employee Experience offering as a commercial and profitable service, you’ll work directly with clients and the wider agency’s team to originate, deliver and implement Employee Experience programmes for client businesses. Combining a range of research, process and strategic brand experience, you’ll work with clients to develop insight into their organisational challenges, their people objectives and overall business goals, to identify opportunities and solutions where we can apply our model to bring long term value. You'll engage with senior stakeholders to develop relationships, partnerships and connections with decision-makers who lead internal organisational strategies and plans.  In collaboration with the wider agency team at The Foundation, you will take the lead on developing proposals, implementing solutions and leading commercial projects for our clients that focus on finding their unique voice and improving internal communications for an enhanced Employee Experience. About the business: The Foundation helps organisations to maximise opportunity through strategic marketing and creative delivery. The business works across the private, public and third sectors with industries including FMCG, financial services, education, professional services, engineering, and manufacturing. Focused on solving boardroom challenges, The Foundation works with senior teams and functional specialists in brand strategy, digital and marketing execution for clients across the island of Ireland, Great Britain and the USA. About you: You will have demonstrable experience in strategic marketing and / or communications consultancy within a large organisation, or with an established agency background. You will have 10+ years’ experience of working with senior stakeholders and business leaders to help understand and refine complex issues, and you will be comfortable presenting to senior audiences, facilitating workshops and knowledge sessions.   You will be a confident communicator, focused on building strong relationships and influence quickly, whilst being able to deliver excellent service to the client. You will be adaptable, an enthusiast with an open mind and a growth mindset, relishing working as part of a team to deliver and learn along the way. The details: You will work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri), have 25 days holidays + 10 bank & public holidays, Westfield healthcare, and pension all while progressing your employee experience career working alongside a highly talented & experienced team.
