The role On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Commercial & Communications Manager. The company are an international wind farm and solar developer headquartered in Germany who have a had a strong presence in Ireland for the last 14 years. This role will help support the company’s activities in the planning and development of their wind energy sites in the Republic of Ireland and will have responsibility for sourcing opportunities to aid the organisations greenfield development strategy offering. You’ll work in a close-knit and diverse team of like-minded individuals all working toward the same ultimate goal of supporting ROI to reach the current government stated policy of at least 80% of electricity being generated from renewables by 2030 and beyond: https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/6223e-climate-action-plan-2021/ About you: You will have demonstrable experience in a commercial capacity, preferably within a rural context. You will have 8+ years’ commercial experience working with senior stakeholders and landowners to help understand and refine complex issues, and you will be comfortable presenting to senior audiences.   You will be a confident communicator, focused on building strong relationships and influence effectively You will be adaptable, an enthusiast with an open mind and a growth mindset, relishing working as part of a team to deliver and learn along the way.
